We want to give you an update on where things stand with fulfillment and share what’s caused a recent delay — along with what we’re doing to keep things moving forward.
What Happened — And What’s Been Fixed
As the first two batches of units reached the U.S., we discovered a few errors in the listing(s) which required a manual audit to ensure everything was accurate and properly recorded.
This step took time, but was necessary to avoid errors in fulfillment.
The good news: the issue has now been resolved, and the inventory is actively being processed at the warehouse.
Fulfillment Progress

Over 15,000 units have arrived in the U.S., representing approximately 55% of all orders (1 set of 5 devices is considered one unit).

These units are currently being labeled and prepared for delivery, and tracking numbers are emailed as packages are handed over to the courier.
- Another large batch of tracking numbers was sent out this morning, so keep an eye on your email inbox!
Remaining Batches to Be Dispatched from China
The last batch is ready at the factory, and we’re arranging pickup now — expected within this week.

Will be labeled and delivered in batches over the course of 4 weeks (from 7/28 to 8/25).

Greetings! I just got my delivery today and while super excited to get it, I’m also very confused where the rest of it is? My original order was a full 5 set, but I also added on another set of 5 d6’s, a wooden chest, a quad carrier, and a tool and disk set. I got my original order, and the tool and disk set. Nothing else. Are orders being split?
