Just a quick update to let you know that the remaining packaging is complete, and we're set to resume pilot run shipping via air by tomorrow. The shipment is expected to arrive within the updated delivery window:

Tariff concerns:
Due to recent sudden tariffs, we have updated our Diceomatics fulfillment and shipping plan.
- Our pilot shipment is still heading to the U.S. and won't be subject to import tariffs.
- Regarding mass fulfillment, import regulations will change at the end of this month. As a result, any units shipped from May onward will be subject to the new tariffs.
That said, to address some of your concerns:

➡️ We’ll be prioritizing international orders for now, and we’re keeping a close eye on shipping rates in case they come down.

“May 6-9: Remaining orders delivered” ? Where are they? I received no updates, no shipping confirmation, nothing. Just a silly survey on KS asking whether to post updates on KS or on this blog. Really?
It seems the current status is non-U.S. orders will proceed after the pilot program is successful. Yarro Studios doesn’t want to, or can’t, pay the tariff cost and also doesn’t want to pass the tariff costs onto us backers, so U.S. order fulfillment is on hold indefinitely until the tariffs are reduced or goes away.
Does that sound about right?
Are refunds available?
According to what I read, it stated China was working now with the USA on their tariffs…so your shipping issue to us will resolve now fully, and you are able to ship our products to us finally. So when is that date of shipping please?
You are going to owe a lot of refunds to many on the USA orders if you expect us all to pay even more to you guys…what a mess this has become, and crush of trust, and a huge let down from you guys.
