Diceomatic - Pilot Run Update/Tariff Concerns

Hey there!

Just a quick update to let you know that the remaining packaging is complete, and we're set to resume pilot run shipping via air by tomorrow. The shipment is expected to arrive within the updated delivery window:

  • April 19-24: Pilot run delivered – 300 backers receive their orders

Additionally, here's some footage from the factory, where Diceomatics are being prepared for shipment:



Tariff concerns:

Due to recent sudden tariffs, we have updated our Diceomatics fulfillment and shipping plan.

- Our pilot shipment is still heading to the U.S. and won't be subject to import tariffs.

- Regarding mass fulfillment, import regulations will change at the end of this month. As a result, any units shipped from May onward will be subject to the new tariffs.

That said, to address some of your concerns:

➡️ Your price will not change due to these tariffs.
➡️ We’ll be prioritizing international orders for now, and we’re keeping a close eye on shipping rates in case they come down.

I don’t see any comments from you yarro on our shipping dates for the USA? Why is this? Provide the shipping details for the timeframe for us, please…This at this point is so important, and we need to hear from you as your customers.

Can you ship them to a tariff friendly country and then to us in the US? Maybe ship them as “personal” mail instead of a product.
It’s time for you to start thinking outside the box here. Further delays are putting a bag taste in everyone’s mouth and it sours the entire community against Kickstarter and the like.
What are we at this point? About a year overdue from original forecasts?

Yeah no, this has gone on way too long. The fire is completely burnt out for this product. Maybe next time actually fulfill promises instead of screwing your customers
