Tracking information should be updated sometime this week as well.

At the time of pre-ordering, our website stated that shipping and tax costs were not included and would be charged later. This is why you received an invitation to complete your order through the fulfillment tool (Pledge Manager).
Regarding the tax fee, this is not a sales tax but rather a combination of duties, broker fees, and tariffs, as the tables are shipped from China.

Thought I was getting free shipping and I see I’m also being charged tax for some reason. I’d like to figure this out so I can get my table.

@charlton chu – The limited-time free shipping offer is only applicable to new website pre-orders received on or after January 13, 2025, when prices have also increased.
