Hey there!
Just a quick update to let you know that the remaining packaging is complete, and we're set to resume pilot run shipping via air by tomorrow. The shipment is expected to arrive within the updated delivery window:
-
April 19-24: Pilot run delivered – 300 backers receive their orders
Additionally, here's some footage from the factory, where Diceomatics are being prepared for shipment:
Tariff concerns:
Due to recent sudden tariffs, we have updated our Diceomatics fulfillment and shipping plan.
- Our pilot shipment is still heading to the U.S. and won't be subject to import tariffs.
- Regarding mass fulfillment, import regulations will change at the end of this month. As a result, any units shipped from May onward will be subject to the new tariffs.
That said, to address some of your concerns:
➡️ Your price will not change due to these tariffs.
➡️ We’ll be prioritizing international orders for now, and we’re keeping a close eye on shipping rates in case they come down.
Thanks for your continued patience and support — we’re doing everything we can to get your orders out smoothly and as quickly as possible.

As a US backer, I’m really tired of waiting, is a refund possible?
To be fair, our patience is running pretty thin here. If these things didn’t look so incredible I would just ask for my money back at this point. It has become ridiculous how many excuses y’all have come up with and how many extensions you have needed from the original dates stated. I can’t understand how you started another Kickstarter at all. And I second the person who commented about this updated staying in the email and not driving us to your website for you to make what make micro pennies off the traffic. That’s a dick move to the people waiting patiently for stuff that they paid for a long time ago.
So, if I’m moving at the end of June and live in the United States can I expect to receive my product before I move or do I need to update my address?
When are you shipping to the UK.??
I don’t understand the need to pilot run 300 units and wait an entire month to finish sending the rest out. I’d be lying if I didn’t say I look forward to receiving my product and never having to deal with Yarro Studios in the future. This whole process has been delay after delay and constant communication issues.
