We’d like to share an update on where things currently stand with international fulfillment.
Our previous timelines were built around shipping the product from Hong Kong and completing packing in each destination country. Local couriers, however, informed us that they can only generate tracking numbers once they have a confirmed in-hand date for the product.
In practice, the orders have been pre-packed in Hong Kong, requiring only labels once they arrive at their destination. Packing in Hong Kong has delayed the generation of tracking numbers, but it will ultimately speed up the simultaneous fulfillment of all remaining orders.
What’s Happening Now & Next

All units are now being finalized and pre-packed in Hong Kong.

Tracking for the Asia region is currently being processed.

We expect local international couriers for all other regions to issue tracking within the next 1–2 weeks once they have the confirmed in-hand date for the product.

Thank you for the updates. Hoping then at this rate that I will see my package delivered to Australia as have been really looking forward to obtaining the product. Would love to use the game table for some really nice tabletop gameplay very soon.
So this means there is a possibility we get them before Christmas????

Looking forward to holding my diceomatic in hand when it finally arrives. I can understand people who are frustrated, but as someone who already supported two previous Kickstarters by Yarro Studios (Battle Atlas and Infinidungeon) I trust them and have faith that my stuff arrives. So far they haven’t disappointed and their products were always top notch (we still use our Battle Atlas on a regular basis in our games).
