Hello everyone! We are excited to share that we are in full-blown production mode. We have a 3rd party that has been at the factory every day this week inspecting each table coming off the line. The pictures and video below are from them. There are certain things we wanted to make sure were consistent in the production and we are very pleased with the results!
Here is the final step in the assembly. They close the table and ensure it latches and lines up before boxing it up. These look incredible.
Below is how they store the tables as they come off the line. They have each been inspected and are looking superb.
Below shows an issue in quality control with the early tables. We did not have a way to connect the corners to the long rail parts. Our solution was pegs molded into the corner pieces to line them up every time and these are all looking perfect. We received many pictures like the one on the right. They all look exactly like this!
Below is a process we added that regulates and increases the material used on the HDPE table pieces increasing their strength and eliminating flexibility.
Another quality control issue (below) that was sorted is the varying gaps between the table pieces. This was due to holes that connected the metal frame to the table that were not precise. The new tables have these holes molded and are precise and consistent.
The product has shipped. We made as many tables and accessories as we could before heading into the Chinese New Year. The amount is just under 300 units. These are just going stateside for now so we can evaluate the final step of the process. Check your email, as many of you should be getting tracking numbers sooner. We should wrap production at the end of February, and then stuff will go out immediately. Watch for tracking around the first of March.

PS I made these space map books a long time ago and we just found another 1000 sitting in our warehouse. They are spectacular and have many cyberpunk maps as well as fold-out spaceships. These were expensive to produce and are on our site for $99. please I have a question:
Why the corners of your shelves are not round anymore as advertised during the campaign?
Now they are always showed as angular which is very unaesthetic.
why motivated that change and could it be reversed at this stage?
Thanks for the update! Is February-March also the estimated delivery time frame for pre-orders? Or just for backers?
That all sounds great. But what about Europe? From what I read, I’ll be lucky if the table arrives in the summer. I can understand that it must be a stressful time. However, a bit more information, especially for other countries, would be nice.
How do I change my shipping address? I am moving soon and need to update my address.
Do you guys have a time frame on when the last of the backers will be sent their product? I’m in Australia, so I will assume I will be one of the last.
