Who do I need to contact about getting a refund? It’s been entirely too long and all I’m getting is “they’re coming” and “thank you for your patience.” Well, my patience is gone and so is the thrill of ever possibly using these dice coins.
I agree with everyone in the comments in regard to the lack of information being provided. Please update us with anything more than the same “orders are going out in batches”. Honestly at this point any timeframe in general you could provide would mean a whole lot. We’d greatly appreciate if you could fill us in on whatever’s going on.
Can you at least do a blog post saying how long it will actually be? I have been waiting “Just another month” since February 2024.
Hello, it’s almost the end of the month and I have yet to receive any tracking information either. Based on comments, it seems no one has received anything but were told there was only a few orders left to ship out. Any update on when we can expect our order? Thank you.
I agree with Michael – you should know what percentage of orders have shipped and be able to provide an estimate of how long the rest of us need to wait for our tracking information. Are half of the orders shipped, so we should expect up to another month? 25% so it could be another three months? or 75% so only a couple more weeks?
You promise to keep us updated, but no updates a month into shipping feels more like you’re hiding something rather than the open, transparent feedback we were getting early in the project. This doesn’t feel like “soon”. No other project I’ve backed has taken this long between the “we’re starting to ship individual orders” phase and sending tracking information. Based on the comments here, I’m starting to doubt anyone has received their tracking information.
