Hey everyone!
We wanted to share the latest progress on Gamefold shipments and fulfillment:
-
Canada: The shipment has arrived and is currently awaiting customs clearance.
-
European Union: The EU shipment is scheduled to arrive on July 11th.
-
UK & Australia: These shipments were previously confirmed as departed; however, they encountered an unexpected hold during transit. Our logistics partners are working to resolve this, and we’re doing everything possible to get them moving again as soon as possible.
For the U.S, around 3,900 Gamefold tables are either in transit or have arrived at their destination ports. We are currently awaiting updated reports to confirm how many of these have officially landed. An additional 780 tables are set to be shipped soon to the U.S.
We’ve also shipped enough accessories to fulfill 3,120 table orders, ensuring that orders with accessories can be processed promptly.
Based on this, we’re now closer to having 65% of total orders shipped from the factory!
More tracking emails will be sent out this week and in the coming weeks, including tracking numbers for Canada, the EU, and additional U.S. shipments.
For those who received tracking information weeks ago, your tracking numbers should activate soon!
We also wanted to do something nice for everyone as a gesture of appreciation. We have thousands of Infinidungeon scrolls in inventory, and to get you ready to get back into the game, here is a 50% off code for some scrolls. Get as many as you want, but please don't share this code!
Discount code: Scrolls50
We’ll continue to share updates as shipments progress — thank you again for being part of the Gamefold community!

Hey, just another excited customer with a shipping label a few weeks old (listed as being sent from Dayton NJ on 6/10). Curious if you could shed some wisdom on this.
Thank you!
These tables look interesting. If I were to start 2 now how long of a delay should I expect before they ship? I am in the US.
I have a question about this recent response:
“The label you see was generated by our logistics partner. Orders shipping from China typically take 3–5 weeks to arrive at the destination port. Once they arrive, they go through customs clearance and final processing. Tracking becomes active after these steps are completed, which usually takes around 10 days.”
My question is: At what point in the above process do the FedEx labels get generated? In other words, if I received a FedEx tracking number on 6/11, does that mean its 3-5 weeks of travel to the destination port started on 6/11? In that case, there would still have 3-5 weeks of travel plus ~10 days of customs processing before the number would activate?

I received my tracking number but it says lable created back on 6/11 (16 days ago) and it still isn’t in the hands of FedEx. How many days on average is it from label creation to actually shipping?
