Hey everyone!
We’re glad to share the latest progress on Gamefold shipments and fulfillment—things continue to move along.
United States
We’re officially in the final stretch! The last set of U.S. containers with tables is scheduled to ship from the factory this week. One container has already arrived at the LA port and is currently undergoing customs clearance, so many tracking numbers should start updating within the next 1-2 weeks.
For the remaining containers currently on the water, since they were dispatched at a pace of four containers per week, they should arrive at ports in quick succession. For example, the next container is scheduled to land today, July 24, followed by another around July 28.
US containers are arriving at the LA and NJ ports.
Note: If you received tracking information for your table, please take note that the label was generated by our logistics partner when the order left the factory in China. Shipping to the U.S. usually takes 3–5 weeks, followed by customs and final checks, which can take another 10–15 days. Tracking activates once that’s complete.
This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on customs paperwork and arrival procedures.
European Union
The shipment has arrived at the port and is going through the customs process. Label creation will begin once that’s complete, and tracking information will be emailed shortly after.
Because the EU includes many different countries that rely on their own local postal systems, the logistics team is evaluating an option with PostEurop, which integrates with local carriers across the region.
United Kingdom
Documentation has been completed, and the team is aiming to ship both tables and accessories together, as the volume of orders makes that possible. This shipment is expected to move in the coming days, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. Deliveries within the UK are expected to be handled by Royal Mail.
Australia
The team is currently in communication with the Australian agent, CT Freight, which operates at most major ports across the country. They will be handling container recovery from the port, clearing Australian customs.
We expect this container to depart within the next 1-2 weeks. Similar to the UK shipment, our goal is to ship both tables and accessories together in one consolidated delivery.
At the moment, we’re planning to use Australia Post for final delivery, though this is not yet final. We’ll keep you updated as soon as there’s further progress.
Canada
Customs clearance is still pending as we await enrollment in the CARM system. Unfortunately, the timeline for this process is out of our control, but the team is actively overseeing it and will keep you updated on any progress.
Once customs is complete and labeling can begin, orders will be delivered using Purolator.
Note:
Non-U.S. shipments follow a different labeling process. While U.S. shipments allowed for early label creation via FedEx, tracking numbers for non-U.S. orders are generated after customs clearance and will be emailed as soon as they become available.
Accessories
US, EU, Canada:
Tracking numbers for two containers carrying U.S. accessories have already been sent. However, based on recent developments and the streamlined direction the fulfillment process has taken, we’re now considering delivering accessories to the US, EU, and Canada separately. This would help avoid extended delays caused by waiting for the accessories to arrive and clear customs after the table containers have already completed that process.
While our original plan was to ship tables and accessories together, we have revisited that approach in light of current progress.
More containers with accessories will continue to be dispatched to the U.S. and non-U.S. regions in the coming weeks.
UK/AUS:
Due to the temporal hold that affected these shipments—and considering the order volume—tables and accessories will most likely be delivered together, as the container can accommodate both. We’ll keep you posted as things progress.
We can’t thank you enough for your continued support and patience. We’re working hard to finish strong and get the product into your hands as soon as possible.
With gratitude,
– Yarro Studios Team

Hi Larry,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please feel free to contact us at support@yarrostudios.com so we can take a closer look at the lining-up issues you mentioned.
To connect two tables, you can refer to the following video:

Tables came – took two months from getting the FedEx label issued.
They’re sturdy, no kidding. And heavy – man-luggable, so hopefully you got the bag to transport (if you’re going to transport). Unfortunately, the track on one side of one of the tables doesn’t quite line up – this is because the table doesn’t quite line up. Other table is good. Both came with the mat and a phone holder that looks into the rail.
The question I have: is there a video or description of how we’re supposed to link two tables into one? Because I didn’t see any trivial way to detach a rail to accomplish that.
Is there an update for Europe, especially Germany? Have tables been shipped outside the US yet?
Has anyone posted a review of their table on YouTube. All the videos I see are from like a year ago. It would be nice to see one from people who have now actually received them. I’m on the pre-order list so still have awhile to wait.
Just got my tables, one is out of the box and wow. These things are sturdy! no wobble what so ever.
Fedex did Yarrow terrible here, and really mangled up the boxes, and apparently left them in standing water somewhere during transit. As the boxes had been water damaged and could be peeled apart but rubbing my fingers on them.
However, I found no water actually made it to the table I have opened so far.
So Yarrow team, excellent packing, at least against Florida Weather.
Still awaiting accessories and cannot wait to use the table on game night.
Everyone still waiting, they are coming! And personally think they are worth the wait.
