Gamefold Shipping Update - (August 2025)

Hi everyone,

We wanted to share an update on where things stand with fulfillment and what’s coming next.

To start, thank you to everyone who has reached out with feedback and confirmation of receiving your Gamefold tables, and for being so understanding and patient while waiting for the accessories package. It truly means a lot to us.

The tables are looking great, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy the full setup! Here are some photos we’ve received from you:

Pre-Orders & Kickstarter Orders

Some website pre-orders were recently shipped together with Kickstarter orders. We identified this early, but not before a small number of pre-orders shipped out. We’ve asked our fulfillment partner to pause and prioritize backer orders moving forward.

Accessories Status

Right now, four accessory containers are on the water. We’ve asked our fulfillment partner to provide updated information as soon as they reach the ports; so we can share tracking numbers with you as soon as we have them.

We’re also working with our overseas team to increase accessory packing speed, aiming for faster timeline, so we can process the remaining containers as efficiently as possible.

Regional Status

  • EU – Table containers have arrived and cleared customs. We’re reviewing the team’s progress with labeling and coordination for delivery. Accessories are planned to be packed and booked for shipping on 9/3.

  • CanadaThe container with tables is still being held in Canada, as CARM registration remains pending while we wait for a resolution from the Canadian government. This new requirement has slowed processing nationwide, and to help avoid potential delays and extra charges at the border, accessories have been held back for now. We’re following this closely and expect positive news.

  • UK – Packing scheduled to book on 8/27.

  • Australia – Packing scheduled to book on 8/27.

(Booking means scheduling for pickup to head to the port. From there, normal sea freight timelines apply.)

US Tracking Numbers

We often receive questions about why there’s no progress showing on tracking numbers. For US customers who already have a FedEx tracking number for their table or accessories package, it’s important to know that the process for the tracking to become active can take around two months from the label creation date.

Once the container arrives and clears customs, your package will be scheduled for delivery based on location and other logistical factors. At that point, the label will be rescanned, which activates the FedEx tracking timeline.

If you already have a tracking number, there’s no cause for concern—you just need to allow time for this process to be completed so your tracking updates and your package moves into the delivery phase. We appreciate your patience while this happens.

Next Steps

We’re asking our fulfillment partner to coordinate with the warehouses in China, Los Angeles, and New Jersey to get a clear fulfillment rate schedule. This will help us give you more specific delivery dates.

We’re also speaking with both West Coast and East Coast warehouses to review completion rates, and we’ll be adding additional infrastructure to ensure a smoother process for the remaining accessory containers.

Please know we’re working closely with all of our international partners to keep things moving and to clear any bottlenecks as quickly as possible.

Disclaimer: This update is subject to change as new information rolls in.

Thank you for your continued patience and support as we push through these final phases. We’ll share another update as soon as we have more tracking details and confirmed schedules.

Table arrived and it’s solid! I appreciate the extra time & effort into engineering. The tariff situation became a new variable during development time. You did right by absorbing the cost for those who backed/preordered. Looking forward to the accessories. Hope your studio sees growth and success!

Got my table this weekend. Really impressed with the build quality and sturdiness. Look forward to having a portable gaming table to throw in my RV. Curious is it normal to have a giant gap between the two halves of the table? I didn’t measure it, but I’d say it’s about 1/4" gap. Once I get my mat, it won’t be as big of a deal but probably won’t lay right in the center with that large gap.

Table arrived today. The delivery person just dumped it on the driveway and ran, I assumed that they didn’t want to get it all the way to the front door.

Table arrived, box had seen better days but the contents were undamaged. Assembly was a breeze! Can’t wait for the accessories to finish it up.
