We’d like to share a quick update on the accessories progress. One of the containers arrived at the US port today (8/22) and is now moving through customs. Once cleared, it will head into final label processing and delivery coordination.
If you already have a tracking number for your accessories package with a label created on 7/16/25, please allow some time for these steps to be completed. Your tracking will update once the label is rescanned and the package moves into the delivery phase. We appreciate your patience while this process is completed.
We’re also gathering more details on the remaining accessories containers so we can provide an expected timeline based on the latest developments. We’ll keep you posted in upcoming updates!

So, the KS backer items/accessories are packed in with the tables?
I received my table today and it looks awesome! The only concern I have is that no mat was included, and I’m noticing in the review videos they all seem to be included. I’ve already reached out to support and they noted that the accessories are being shipped separately, I just hope the mat is included. I’ll be eagerly waiting, and looking forward to my next game night!

We discontinued the carrying handle after real-world testing. If your order included leveling caps, they’ll be included in the accessories package, which is shipping separately.
So, we’re really enjoying the table, but were wondering about two items listed in the KS that didn’t seem to be included. Are the carrying handle and leveling feet included with the accessories package? We checked everywhere and couldn’t find them. Thanks!
