Hello everyone, happy Monday!
First things first. We are full steam ahead.
2000 tables have now left the factory and are in the process of fulfillment. That is reaching 30% of the fulfillment of Kickstarter backers.
Production has now shifted to brown tables, so we’ll have a healthy mix available for international backers. We expect to finish 400 brown tables by next week. Please note that it will take a few more weeks for the tables to arrive at the port and be delivered to your doorstep.
Regarding US tariffs:
• A full container has already landed in LA and is currently being processed by customs. We’re paying those tariffs out of pocket.
• Another container is scheduled to arrive in LA in about 10 days.
• International orders are not affected by US tariffs.
We are working on getting tracking numbers for these as soon as they leave the port. Please monitor your emails.
The factory remains active and is on track to produce 400 tables per week, completing all Kickstarter orders in about 6 weeks and pre-orders in another 4 weeks.
Thanks again for your ongoing patience and support—we’ll keep you updated as things progress.

Is there a way to get an update on the status of my pledge?
Recieved my tables today. Still waiting on accessories. Tables are decent. I don’t like that the support leg doesn’t click into a slot for storage. It just flops around. One more plastic clip and a screw would have done fine. There’s a few more nickle and dime issues but over all its nice. Worth the price? I have to say no right now. For this to have been delayed as long as it was and for it to still not be amazing is an issue for me. It’s a let down. The communication with order has also been dismal.
@Jason – We’re currently working on shipping the accessories package and will keep you updated.
The containers that shipped before the tariff situation only included tables specifically.
@Courtney – We totally get where you’re coming from. Every creator has to make tough calls in situations like this, and we respect how that small team chose to handle it.
Every project is different though, and how teams handle things like tariffs can depend on a lot of factors—product size and weight, production costs, company resources, and overall margins, just to name a few.
We’re actively looking for ways to move forward that balance fairness and feasibility, and we’re staying transparent as we work through it.
I am becoming more and more discouraged by each update we receive with each one pushing back delivery of the table by the next month or two. At this point my order is coming up on over a yr, more than likely past since the order was first made. The tariffs were always going to happen and I don’t understand why they were not accounted for. I work for a small construction company and a lot of our materials were tariffed yet we were proactive and imported materials to save our clients time and money. Why was this not done or thought of sooner and when will we actually receive our order? I’ve done literally everything you have said and still no table or tracking, just further extensions on the product. Please update us all and be honest about the timeline.
