We’re glad to share an update on the shipping timeline for your Gamefold tables!
Production is moving smoothly, and we’ve outlined the key dates below to keep you informed.
Timeline Based on Current Estimates for Kickstarter orders (please note that this timeline doesn't include showstoppers or unforeseen issues):

March 21st: Shipping begins for Topper Bundles.
- April 18th – May 2nd: Expected arrival at port.
- Delivers to your door within 10 days after clearing customs.

March 28th: Shipping begins for Full Orders.
- April 25th - May 9th: Expected arrival at port.

Delivers to your door within 10 days after clearing customs.

April 28th: Last of the Kickstarter orders shipped, including brown table orders.
- May 26th – June 12th: Expected arrival at port.

Delivers to your door within 10 days after clearing customs.
Pre-orders placed through the website (non-Kickstarter) will likely take an additional one to two weeks to fulfill after the main Kickstarter shipping phase, which is expected to conclude on April 28th.

- May 5th – May 19th: Fulfillment of website pre-orders begins (expected to take 1–2 weeks).
- June 2nd – June 19th: Expected arrival at port.

Delivers to your door within 10 days after clearing customs.
Important note: You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, confirming that a shipping label has been created. Shipping progress will not be visible for approximately 30 days until the shipment reaches the country of destination and clears customs. The tracking number will activate once it clears customs and is picked up by the logistics carrier.
Our factory can produce between 700 and 1,000 tables per week, and we’re working diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Four international containers will ship at the same time. Two to Europe, one to Australia, one to the UK.
Based on the factory’s production rate, shipping all orders from the factory should be completed around mid-May. We are committed to getting your Gamefold products to you as soon as they are ready.

Really glad to have an official timeline on the tables. Excited to get them. If I were to order more accessories before ship date, as someone that pre-ordered through the site, would they get here around the same time as the tables or much later after all pre-orders are finished?
@Josiah – We apologize for any inconvenience. The dates provided were estimates and internal goals, which are updated based on the progress of the pre-order product. This differs from in-stock products. Delays were never our intention, but building a product from the ground up can come with unforeseen circumstances.
On a positive note, we are now in the final phase and ready to begin mass shipping according to the shared estimated timelines. We’re confident you’ll love the final product, and the wait will be worth it!
Thank you so much for the very detailed update. I understand everyone is very keen to receive their tables ASAP but I would like to thank you for taking the time to ensure that everything is as perfect as you can make it before sending out orders. I would personally much rather have a delay and receive my table and accessories to be of the quality you were happy with. I am sorry some people are getting inpatient. I am hoping they are just excited to receive their order and have just forgotten that with any new venture there are often adjustments that take time to get right. Again thank you for caring enough to go the extra mile. Our table will be one of the last as we don’t have much money and couldn’t save quick enough to make the kickstarter so did a late pledge through your website but even if it doesn’t arrive when you’re estimating, we trust it will get here eventually and the fact you have provided such amazing communication with detailed updates showing how much you care has been fantastic. Thank you so much ☺️
Feels pretty shady that when I ordered on the website, and in my confirmation email, on January 1st it specifically says “Gamefold Pre-Order (Delivery: Feb/2025), Gamefold Pre-Order (Delivery: Feb/2025)” but now the update is that it’s looking like mid/late June for delivery. Don’t overpromise like that, not a good look.
