United States:
Sorting and processing have been challenging due to the large volume of products, but packages are now going out in batches as they get actively processed. You can expect your tracking email within the coming days as the team continues working through the fulfillment queue.
Previous orders that have been stagnant with FedEx due to address changes will also become active in the next few days as new labels are processed.
U.K., Canada & E.U:
Containers for these regions have arrived and are currently undergoing label processing to begin shipping soon. Tracking details will start rolling out as deliveries are coordinated in the next few days.
The process is moving steadily, and we can’t wait for you to receive your orders!

Hi! I received almost everything in my order except for the skull corner caps. Are those being sent out to everyone in a separate shipment?

My tables showed up way back when with no tracking number given or anything. Complete surprise. Is there a way that I can make sure I get a tracking number for the accessories? Backer #5687.

Hi! What about the accessories for Canada? I thought that container was supposed to have arrived early November?
