Diceomatic: Resized Pips. Factory Is Back!

Diceomatic: Resized Pips. Factory Is Back!

Hello Everyone!

Quick update on the Diceomatic: Production is moving forward, and we’ve made adjustments to resize the pips for better clarity and balance.

With the Chinese New Year break now over, our manufacturing partners are back in action, and we’re ready to hit the ground running at full throttle!

Check out this picture and video of the updated, resized pips—let us know what you think!

Now that the factory is back up and running, we should see significant progress soon.

Can’t wait to share more—stay tuned!

Best,
Yarro Studios Team

Yeah tbh it is growing on me the more I see it. But yeah the 2s and 3s orientation should be consistent across the wheels. Having them mirrored looks a little odd to me.

Is there an ETA? I didn’t expect this to take so long.

The aspect ratio of the D6 pips look weird. It doesn’t look like dice now. It is too wide. Maybe its just the 4 and 5. Also the twos are oriented differently on the same wheel. Its not confusing as to what it is but it should be standard, It would look odd when you roll a pair of 2s. I do not like the overall look.

While they look a bit strange on the wheels, and I was initially hesitant, I’m sold from the video. Making the best use of the real estate available in the windows makes the dice very clear and quick to read. The abnormal aspect ratio doesn’t bother me the way I thought it would.
