Diceomatic - Pilot Run Update/Tariff Concerns

Diceomatic - Pilot Run Update/Tariff Concerns

Hey there!

Just a quick update to let you know that the remaining packaging is complete, and we're set to resume pilot run shipping via air by tomorrow. The shipment is expected to arrive within the updated delivery window:

  • April 19-24: Pilot run delivered – 300 backers receive their orders

Additionally, here's some footage from the factory, where Diceomatics are being prepared for shipment:

Tariff concerns:

Due to recent sudden tariffs, we have updated our Diceomatics fulfillment and shipping plan.

- Our pilot shipment is still heading to the U.S. and won't be subject to import tariffs.

- Regarding mass fulfillment, import regulations will change at the end of this month. As a result, any units shipped from May onward will be subject to the new tariffs.

That said, to address some of your concerns:

➡️ Your price will not change due to these tariffs.
➡️ We’ll be prioritizing international orders for now, and we’re keeping a close eye on shipping rates in case they come down.

Thanks for your continued patience and support — we’re doing everything we can to get your orders out smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Idea for circumventing the tarifs if you miss the 90 days
Use England
Trump lifted tarifs on England so if you ship to England and then ship to the US you should have a lower cost to ship

So, I’ve either just been kicked form the kickstarter page or the kickstarter page has been deleted, anyone else who can’t find the channel in their menu?

Krogh

@Nathan F – We are in the process of evaluating the updates and will keep you updated on any changes to the fulfillment phase.

So – given the newest information that China and the US have pulled back on their tariffs, will the US customers be getting their goods in a reasonable time? Given that the promise was we would HAVE our bought and paid for stuff in May that gives you two weeks to get it together and get things done.
