Diceomatic - November Update

Hello everyone,

Good news first: all U.S. orders should be done. If you’re in the U.S. and still haven’t seen anything, message us and we’ll check for any address issues or anything unusual holding it up.

For international orders, we partnered with a shipping 3PL (we’ll call them “BL” since we prefer not to name them directly). They’ve had all the international units for a while now, and things have moved way slower than they should have. We take full responsibility, and we’re extremely sorry about the delays. We’ve been calling and emailing them nonstop, but their response time has been very slow.

We’re not giving a specific day for tracking since every obligation/date we’ve gotten from them so far has been wrong. We are constantly pushing to get the tracking numbers from them, and once we physically have them in hand, we’ll send them out immediately.

Going forward, we’ll clearly be working with someone else. Thank you for sticking with us while we push this across the finish line.

@Daniel B. – Yes, all non-US orders are international. We’re working on tracking for that region as well. Thanks for checking in!

Just checking but are Canadian orders considered US or international? I’m in Montreal and haven’t received my order yet 🙏🏼

This is my fourth comment about not receiving my order. I’d appreciate a response. I’ve tried responding to the email address, but I get a message saying it is undeliverable due to the mailbox being full. Thanks
