We are having a few hiccups with the tracking codes. Most of the packages have been shipped to US backers and should arrive in the next couple of days. We are sorry about that.
Some of you already got the package (with/without tracking). We are working on getting the tracking and sending it to you.
INTERNATIONAL
According to our fulfillment partner, international orders will start going out next week, so we expect to be sharing tracking details throughout that time.

I updated my address months ago confirming it could he changed and now looking at the pledge manager receipt it has my old address. Is that because that’s original address when pledging? How do we find out if you have the correct address? I’m very excited to get my Zoltar and dice o matic.
Can anyone confirm if the US deliveries are coming from Carlsbad California? I have an unknown tracking number showing on my USPS app and I was wondering if this is it?
My order finally came in today, a couple of days earlier than the tracking estimated. I know it’s been a rough wait for some backers, but the final product seems to work well, so far. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate address changes at this stage. If needed, we recommend setting up a forwarding address with USPS since you’re located in the US. Thank you for your understanding.
How do we confirm that you are sending to the correct address? Because I have moved twice since pledging to this campaign.
