Diceomatic - Fulfillment and Shipping Progress

Hey everyone,

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the fulfillment delays, particularly for our international supporters. We know many of you have been waiting far longer than expected, and we can’t thank you enough for standing by us through it all.

United States

Fulfillment in the U.S. is now at 99%, with fewer than 70 orders remaining. These are mostly pledges completed late through the Pledge Manager and are scheduled to be processed and shipped during the week of October 27.

International Orders

We’ve encountered some logistics constraints that have made it difficult to ship smaller international orders individually. To address this, all remaining international orders were transferred to Hong Kong for consolidation using stock available in China. From there, they’ll be shipped via air freight to regional warehouses and then infused into local postal services for final delivery.

Orders are currently being sorted and prepared for shipment, with this stage expected to finish by October 30. The consolidated freight is planned to depart shortly after, arriving in-country by November 6–7, followed by shipping within 1–3 business days, around November 10–11.

Disclaimer: Please note these dates reflect when orders are expected to ship, not when they’ll be delivered.

Tracking codes are expected to go out within approximately two weeks, once the consolidated shipments have been dispatched.

We sincerely apologize for the delays, and can’t thank you enough for your patience and support through this process.

@Kristin – That’s awesome to hear—so glad you’re enjoying them! The screws are M2.5×4.0mm, and a precision screwdriver with a PH00 or PH0 bit should work perfectly.
