Just a quick update on the fulfillment progress for the Diceomatic project:
On the U.S. side, fulfillment is now at 98%. The few remaining orders are related to address discrepancies (we’ve already reached out individually to those affected) and a small group of pledges that were finalized late through the Pledge Manager. These shipments will be processed over the next few days.
Regarding the remaining pending batch of international tracking numbers, the delay comes from internal courier processes taking a bit longer than expected, so finalizing the remaining tracking numbers has taken more time than planned.
Our logistics partner is actively coordinating with local couriers to speed up this process, and we’ll send out your tracking information as soon as it’s available.
Also, just a friendly reminder to complete your Pledge Manager so your order can be added to our fulfillment queue. If you’re unsure whether it’s been completed or need any help with the process, feel free to reach out to us at support@yarrostudios.com— we’ll be happy to assist.
