Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Processing time
Orders on yarrostudios.com are for in-stock items only. We ship every order within 3 to 5 business days of payment from our warehouse in Orem, Utah or from our US fulfillment partner. You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the day your order ships.

Delivery time (after shipping)
United States: 2 to 7 business days by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Canada: 5 to 10 business days.
Europe and UK: 5 to 10 business days, shipped from our fulfillment partner in the Netherlands.
Other international: 7 to 21 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier and customs.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Pre-orders and Kickstarter
Any pre-order item is clearly labeled as a pre-order on its product page with an estimated ship date before you buy. Kickstarter pledges are handled through Kickstarter and follow the timelines posted on each campaign.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is not what you ordered, email support@yarrostudios.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you. Defects are covered for 60 days from delivery.

Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. See our Refund Policy for full details.
