Here are the latest highlights on Gamefold fulfillment:
US
We now have the estimated timeline for the remaining US accessory containers:

These containers will have labels processed after clearing customs, unlike the first two containers which had early label creation. Mass fulfillment for these containers is expected to begin around 10/15, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
For the first two US containers that already had labels created, tracking should begin activating in the coming days or weeks. Typically, it takes about five days for our logistics partner to receive the packages once they arrive at port, with fulfillment usually starting two to three weeks later, per the latest developments.
Disclaimer: These are estimated timelines, which may vary depending on logistical factors or potential showstoppers.
Additionally, some table packages had labels created more than two months ago but have not yet been activated in FedEx. The team is looking into this matter to ensure these packages are fulfilled as soon as possible.
Canada
The final accessory container is being loaded and will ship out along with another container that includes more accessories and brown tables. We’ll share the ETD and ETA as soon as they’re confirmed. The first table packages are expected to start delivering in the next few days, so keep an eye on your email inbox for tracking information.
Australia
The container with tables and accessories is currently clearing customs. Once that’s complete, it will move forward to label processing and delivery coordination in the coming days. We'll continue to keep you posted on progress.
UK
The containers with tables and accessories are now on the water and expected to arrive at the port by the end of October. We'll continue sharing news once the arrival is confirmed.
EU
If you’ve already received tracking for your brown table package, please note that additional tables are on the way to continue fulfilling remaining orders. We’re also waiting for more details on the accessories container and will update you once we have them.

In the U.S. and I received my accessories, but the large box was heavily damaged. The four topper panels are broken – two clean through, and the other two bent. Where do I report this? And how do I get replacements?

How long between The tables and The accessories
From Canada here, the table arrived on Friday! One edge of the table was a little scuffed and there’s a small gap in the middle of the table when opened (if anyone knows how to remedy this please let me know) with the mat on top, the gap isn’t a big issue though. Overall I’m happy with the table, can’t wait for the accessories!!
