Hey there!
Just a quick update to let you know that the remaining packaging is complete, and we're set to resume pilot run shipping via air by tomorrow. The shipment is expected to arrive within the updated delivery window:
-
April 19-24: Pilot run delivered – 300 backers receive their orders
Additionally, here's some footage from the factory, where Diceomatics are being prepared for shipment:
Tariff concerns:
Due to recent sudden tariffs, we have updated our Diceomatics fulfillment and shipping plan.
- Our pilot shipment is still heading to the U.S. and won't be subject to import tariffs.
- Regarding mass fulfillment, import regulations will change at the end of this month. As a result, any units shipped from May onward will be subject to the new tariffs.
That said, to address some of your concerns:
➡️ Your price will not change due to these tariffs.
➡️ We’ll be prioritizing international orders for now, and we’re keeping a close eye on shipping rates in case they come down.
Thanks for your continued patience and support — we’re doing everything we can to get your orders out smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Just saw the photos from the flipdie legends campaign, and you should hire them to take photos for all your products. They are great and what I was expecting from the DiceoMatic campaign (which we still haven’t received high res photos of all sets (front and back).
Sad I did not get picked as one of the US 300. Pretty sure I was an early backer. I will keep waiting……….
The following information was taken from the Diceomatic project’s Community tab.
United States: 8,114 backers
United Kingdom: 659 backers
Canada: 452 backers
Australia: 338 backers
Germany: 237 backers
France: 193 backers
Netherlands: 103 backers
Sweden: 76 backers
Switzerland: 73 backers
Singapore: 67 backers
The United States has a significant lead in backing, with its 8,114 backers exceeding all others combined by a wide margin. It’s genuinely impressive how many people from the USA supported this project. However, it also raises concerns regarding potential shipping delays for those customers.
With a combined total of 8,114 backers (American) + 2,198 (from other countries). This number totals out to 10,312 backers. (see below for inconsistency).
Doing some calculations, approximately 79.15% of the total backers were American. We can see the calculation here: (8,114 / 10,312) * 100% = 79.15%.
Based on the posted total amount collected via crowdfunding ($1,372,225.00), and assuming 79.15% of those backers were American:
$1,372,225 / 0.7915 = $1,106,824.26 (approximately)
This means United States customers alone paid OVER ONE MILLION DOLLARS for this project.
The disparity in support coupled with the lack of clarity on logistical timelines and communication from Yarro about potential delays has me concerned. I’m troubled by the apparent lack of consideration for American backers.
The Kickstarter page also states “11,216 backers pledged $1,372,225 to help bring this project to life.”
Taking the larger number of 11,216, I will do the math below for this:
(8,114 / 11,216) * 100% = 73.68% (approximately)
$1,372,225 / 0.7368 = $1,012,970.06 (approximately)
@Gabriel V—Only US backers were selected, and our logistics partner emailed them with shipping information.
how do we know if we are one of the first backers getting the item?
